RICHARD S. LAWRENCE, AIA

Administrative Principal
Mr. Lawrence is a registered professional architect and a member of AIA/Connecticut. He has extensive experience in the design and construction of schools, town halls, public safety and police facilities, and has designed and provided construction administration services for over five hundred building projects. He is widely recognized for his expertise in overall administration functions and coordination between project team members from the beginning to the end of a project. He has also specialized in projects to update facilities using current building code and to ensure accessibility for the handicapped. His past projects include over 55 municipal school projects including addition/alteration school projects with the majority of these assignments in eastern Connecticut towns.
Mr. Lawrence is dedicated to community involvement. He is a member of the Manchester Rotary Club and The Hundred Club of Connecticut. He has served as President of the Manchester Soccer Club from 1994-1996 and the Friends of Soccer at UCONN from 1997-2005. He has also served on the Executive Committee of the Connecticut Soccer Hall of Fame from 2000-2005.

Mr. Hossain is a registered professional architect and a member of AIA/Connecticut. He has a high level of experience in a broad range of project types such as schools, police stations, fire stations, healthcare/extended care facilities, religious buildings, renovations/code corrections and residential. The diversity of his experience has given him the ability to create unique building projects with a vast list of satisfied clients. He has been with the firm since 1973.
He is well known for his skills in comprehensive programming, innovative design concepts, integrating design with contract documents and hands-on project management. His ability to assist clients in navigating the regulatory approval process has been a factor in many using the firm’s services on a repeat basis.
